Nigerian popular actor,  Odunlade Adekola also owns a business inspite of being a celebrity.   On the 20th of April,  2015,  he took to his offical social media accounts to announce the opening of his unisex barbing salon named D3 Executive Concept. This concept is located at Abeokuta,  Ogun state.  He employed many workers under him so as to boost the business well.

Mercy Aigbe was born in Edo State of Nigeria. Asides acting, Mercy is a business woman with diverse sources of income. She has a fashion store called Mag Diva Boutique which she launched in November 2014. Mercy also has a skincare line called Flawless by Mercy. And an asoebi store called Asoebi Mercy.

Her ability to combine these three business enterprises is commendable. And apart from these businesses, she stars in many Nollywood movies.

7. Lilian Esoro

Apart from being an actress, Lilian Esoro is a proud owner of a spa and boutique. The name of the business is Lioca, a state-of-the-art spa and boutique in Lekki. Before Lioca opened, it was alleged that Lilian was seen on the site helping out with tiles laying. This further shows her thirst for success.

Some of the services rendered include manicure and pedicure. Jelly pedicure and feet wax are also avaialble. She also sells Abayas, makeup brushes, and her own brand’s makeup kits. These are of course a handful. And one might ask, are these side or main hustles?

Liz Aishat Anjorin is another popular Nigerian actor. She also owns side businesses. The pretty mother of one features in many movies. Liz owns a shop where she sells clothes and clothing materials. The boutique is said to be worth several millions of naira.

She travels abroad to source for fabrics. It appears she is also in the jewelry business. Also, she owns a fully equipped tailoring workshop.

Dapo Daniel Oyebanjo, aka DBanj, is another dogged entrepreneur who has tried his hands on some other businesses aside music, which has fetched him cool cash. DBanj owns KoKo Water, Koko Mobile (launched in 2010 in partnership with First Bank and the now defunct Mo’Hits Records) and Koko Lounge in Lagos and the UK. He recently launched Koko Gari and has disclosed that plans are underway for the launch of Koko Mattress and Koko Condoms.

Apart from his investments, Dbanj makes money from endorsement deals, record sales and concerts. He has a multimillion Naira deal with Chris Aire and UAC Foods. That is in addition to his endorsement deal with Globacom Telecommunications, which earned him N70m.

Micheal Ajere, otherwise known as Don Jazzy, is another celebrity that has a brain for business. Sources have it that the Marvin Record boss has ventured into oil and gas business with his brother.

The brothers, sources have it, set up Marvin Energy, Oil and Gas Company and a 24-hour door-to-door diesel delivery service that supplies and retails petroleum products and offers services in construction of diesel storage tanks and leasing of trucks.
