Burna Boy’s Police escort shoots a married man after the singer allegedly try’s snatching his wife from him
The Lagos Police Command has detained five policemen attached to popular Nigerian singer, Burna Boy for attempted murder.
According to reports, two fun-seekers, identified as Irebami Lawrence and Tolu, were shot on Wednesday at Club Cubana, Victoria Island, Lagos.
It was also reported that while the incident was happened, the singer, Burna Boy was laughing and immediately left for Spain. A report also stated that conflict started when the singer and five police escorts visited the nightclub around 4am on June 8.
According to an eye witness, the singer with one of his police escorts were at the VIP section with three women, when he spotted a woman, and told the policeman, identified as Inspector Ibrahim, to invite the woman to join him.
However, the husband of the lady confronted the singer insisting that it was disrespectful for any man to make advances on his wife. Then after some minutes, Burna Boy reportedly made fresh advances at the lady, which infuriated the lady’s husband and his friends.
Following this commotion, Burna Boy and his crew then drew off to one of his properties at the Elegushi end of the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
