The Lagos State Police Command had requested a court order remanding the pair for 30 days until they finished their inquiry into the untimely death of musician Ilerioluwa Aloba known as Mohbad.

The Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun decided on the application and mandated that both individuals be held in custody for just 21 days.

Following the demise of Mohbad, a former Nigerian musician signed to the same label, Naira Marley, the CEO of Marlian Music, announced in a statement that he would be returning to Lagos, Nigeria, shortly following Mohbad’s passing.

Mohbad had previously asserted in numerous videos that Marlian Music employees and some of the label’s affiliates had mistreated and violently attacked him.
