Edinson Cavani Negotiating on Manchester United Exits
Manchester United made the desperate move to sign free agent Edinson Cavani in the latter stages of the summer transfer window. The 20-time league winning side had spent much of the 70-day market trying to get a deal for Jadon Sancho over the line and the move for Cavani seemed born out of panic.
Despite the lack of planning involved in the transfer, the Uruguayan has proven a welcome addition to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s outfit this season. The PSG top goal scorer has bagged six Premier league goals and two assists this season, though he has suffered some injury concerns.
Man United chiefs are reportedly in talks over whether to extend Cavani’s 1 year deal at the Theatre of Dreams, though the player may be the one to make the decision according to reports.
