“How Funke Akindele treated me after my marriage crashed” – Comedienne, Princess (Video)
Popular Nigerian Comedienne, Princess has revealed how Funke Akindele treated her after her marriage crashed with Adeshola Jeremiah crashed in 2013.
Princess in a chat with media personality, Jude Jideonwo revealed that after she and her estranged husband parted ways she was devastated and felt like her life had ended.
In the chat with Jude she recalled how Funke Akindele reached out to her and served as a source of strength during those trying times.
She said;
“Funke Akindele called me and I’m sure she’ll remember, she called me and said princess kilonshele, I heard you almost cried yourself to death. Chude I’m telling you, I cried I became sick and lost weight. I said “ah Funke”, I told her in Yoruba, I said my life is ended.
“She said why will you say that, I said can’t you see what happened to my marriage, and then she said didn’t you hear what happened to mine. I said Funke your own is different, you can’t compare yourself to me, atleast you stayed in your husbands house for a year. And she said what are you talking about Princess? And she said to me, im in Enugu shooting,
please let me pay for your flight ticket, come and meet me, I said ah I don’t think I’ll be able to come, she said ah what are you doing, I said im washing, she said kilonfo, I said I’m just washing, she said where are you going, I’m not going anywhere, i was in that house wearing just one clothe. She said Princess mi o understand. Princess, please let me pay for your ticket, come and meet me in Enugu, I’m shooting, we’lll talk”.

“Legbegbe welcome back” -Nigerians react as Toyin Abraham’s ex-lover Seun Egbegbe regains freedom after 3 years
Nollywood actress, Toyin Aimaku‘s ex-lover, Olajide Kareem, better known as Seun Egbegbe, has regained his freedom after spending roughly three years and six months in prison.
He was locked up on February 10, 2017, after obtaining money by false pretence from no fewer than 40 bureaus de change operators in different parts of Lagos from 2015 to 2017.
Seun Egbegbe, who was the boss of Ebony Production, allegedly swindled the BDC operators out of money by claiming that he had naira to change into foreign currencies and vice versa.
He had been arraigned by the police for a series of fraud involving N39,098,100, $90,000 and £12,550. Egbegbe and one Oyekan Ayomide were first arraigned on February 10, 2017, before Justice Oluremi Oguntoyinbo, on 36 counts bordering on advance fee fraud.
The charge sheet was subsequently amended twice, with the counts eventually increased to 40 and three other defendants – Lawal Kareem, Olalekan Yusuf and Muyideen Shoyombo.
In a recent development, Federal High Court, Ikoyi has found Egbegbe guilty of just one of the 44 Counts charges after reviewing his case.
Toyin Aimaku’s ex-lover was set free yesterday 11th October 2022. Justice Oluremi Oguntoyinbo declared that 43 of the 44 Count charges were dismissed because of a lack of witnesses to substantiate their claims.
She also denounced that the prosecuting team failed in the responsibility to produce evidence, to be backed with witnesses.
Lamenting that police tampered with the money recovered from the suspects, Justice Oguntoyinbo also ruled that all the money recovered from Egbegbe as evidence should be returned to him.

Nigerian singer and actor cum politician, Banky W has finally revealed his son’s face.
Banky W made the revelation in a post on his Instagram page on Friday.
The singer who is married to actress, Adesuwa Etomi-Wellington announced the birth of their first child, Hazaiah Wellington in January last year.

Ex-BBNaija housemate, Alex has taken to Instagram to shade her former teachers who said she would not amount to anything good.
