How to Make Tiger Nuts Milk

Tiger nuts, so sweet a fruit, milky and thick. Over time, no one really knew the health benefits of Tiger nut, it was widely known and used though not everyone was using it.

They are tiny tubers that grow underground, they are full of sweet and nutty flavor, they are known for their milky ability.

In everyday meal, tiger nuts should be added to the square to make it up.

RECIPE FOR TIGER NUT MILK.

2 cups of tiger nut
4 cups filtered water (plus extra for blending)
¼ tsp sea salt
2 tsp vanilla extract, honey, or maple syrup for sweetness
cinnamon or nutmeg for spice (optional)

METHOD FOR PREPARATION.

1_Put the tiger nut in bowel or a jar with a lid and add the sea salt.

2_ Put the waiter over the tiger nuts, cover, and let them soak in the fridge for 24_48 hours. The more you soak, the softer it becomes,s and the easier it will be to wiz into silkily, smooth milk.

3_After soaking, pour the tiger nuts and liquid through a sieve and rinse well.

4_Filter in using a fine sieve, nut bag, cheesecloth, to separate the milk from the tiger nut pulp.

5_Place the tiger nut pulp back in the blender and add another 1-2 cups of water.

Blend again for a couple of minutes and strain again.

This can be repeated up to three times. You can combine the milk with the first batch, or keep your batches separate.

The second and third batch won’t be as creamy as the first.

Once you’ve finished, pour the milk into a glass jar and store in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Add the tiger but and put the rest in a container, make the smoothie mixed with the real tiger nut.

Your tiger nut fruit is served for breakfast and dinner.
