I playfully asked to take care of his beards” — Lady narrates how she met her husband

A Nigerian Lady has taken to social media to narrate how she met her husband through a video posted by her friend on Snapchat.

She narrated that playfully sent her friend a private message saying “let me be helping him take care of his beard” and boom the love story started.

Her full story reads:

A friend of mine posted a video on Snapchat on a Sunday. The beard attracted me and I playfully sent her a dm saying “let me be helping him take care of his beard”.

“Playfully because that’s how my friends and I joke around and I actually liked someone else at the time.”

Anyway, my friend decided to take it serious and she told him about me, I think he asked for my Instagram page but couldn’t access my page because I was on private and he was too proud/shy to send a request.”

“My friend told me and I requested for his Instagram handle and sent him a follow request (he was private too). I was going through his pictures when he called me (my friend gave him my number)”

“I was at work so we couldn’t talk a lot so I told him to text me on iMessage. We started talking and he came to Lagos to see me the next week.”

“We went on our first date to eat Amala lol and I just knew he was the one. This was the first time we saw each other. First date Amala at nok”

“He was so shy tho and was driving very slow (I don’t know why, maybe an opportunity to spend more time with me) We did the talking stage for a while and started dating 2 months after..”
