Mary a 50-year-old woman who has never been married and has never been in a relationship has explained why she is single at her age
She further stated that it was very unlikely that a man would choose her over normal women and she would not go into a relationship with any man who has no intention of getting married to her
Speaking about her life story and how she became physically impaired, Mary who lives with her elder brother said she use to live a happy life with her parents in Uganda where she was born, however, her life went south when she turned 10
She said when she was 10 years old, her parents decided to relocate to their home country and while they were making arrangements, her mother fell ill and died. She also said her father died shortly after they relocated to their country living her and her brother all alone
According to Mary, this was the beginning of suffering for her and her brother as orphans. She said after the death of her father, one of her uncles started taking care of them but after a while, he abandoned them and they were forced to survive on their own
She said her life eventually moved from bad to worse as her legs started aching and swelling and since there was no one to take her to the hospital, she remained at home where her legs became deformed causing her difficulty in walking.
