Guinness World Records made this announcement today on their official Twitter feed.

Hilda’s record of 93 hours and 11 minutes was surpassed by the remarkable 119 hours and 57 minutes that Irish chef Alan Fisher spent in the kitchen at his restaurant in Japan.

He not only shattered her record for the longest solo cooking marathon, but he also broke the record for the longest solo baking marathon.

@unotimmy asked: What about the rules of not applying until after a year?

@47kasz insisted: We don’t know him & we don’t care. Hilda is the queen

@thepoetpreneur asked: What about Chef Dammy’s record?

@DukeDarls advised: Dear, Alan Fisher. Before you cross the main road I’d advise you to watch your left and your right. Have a great day ahead.
