Kizz Daniel released from police custody in Tanzania
Kizz Daniel who became more popular in Nigeria and Africa through his hit single “Buga” was arrested a few days ago in Tanzania.
However, according to reports, the Buga crooner was released from custody, after being arrested for not showing up at an event that he was paid to perform.
According to Pulse.ng the singer was released on Tuesday morning August 9, 2022, after his arrest 10 hours ago in Tanzania.
Though it is unknown whether he was released on bail or not, as this hasn’t been disclosed to the media yet.
According to his show promoter Steven Ukah who disclosed in a live chat with Daddy Freeze, what really happened, revealed that the singer was paid $60,000 for the show, while he explained that Daniel failed to perform because his luggage which contains his personal belongings was yet to arrive from Uganda where he last performed.
