Lady nabbed for allegedly stealing phones, bags at UNICAL
On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, a woman was arrested on suspicion of robbing students at the University of Calabar (UNICAL) of their phones, purses, and other personal belongings.
The accused, whose identity has not been made public, entered an exam room openly, most likely with the intention of stealing, and was caught in the act.
She was apprehended by the alert kids in a timely manner.
One of the people who saw the incident, Ruki Freeborn, described the dramatic confrontation.
Freeborn claims that when the suspect’s criminal activities were revealed, she was trying to steal things during a routine examination.
