“Learn when to shut up” – Emeka Amakeze blasts Yul Edochie over criticism of Arise TV news anchor

Actor Emeka Amakeze of Nigeria has criticized Yul Edochie, a colleague, for his remarks regarding Arise news anchor Rufai Oseni.

This incident comes after Rufai Oseni, the news anchor for Arise TV, was criticized by Yul Edochie in the past for acting impolitely during a TV interview.

Jesutega Onokpasa, the head of the APC, and Rufai Oseni engaged into a furious disagreement on television, and the video of it quickly went viral, sparking debate on social media.

On his Instagram page, Yul Edochie addressed the issue and expressed his unhappiness with Rufai Oseni’s journalistic actions.

He criticized Oseni for his blatant political bias, saying it was unsettling his subject.

Regardless of their own political inclinations, Yul Edochie stressed that journalists must retain neutrality and not let preconceptions get in the way of their work.

Emeka Amakeze responded to this by entering the social media dialogue and offering his opinions.

He advised Yul Edochie to choose his battles, saying that Yul Edochie was not making much sense at the time of his remarks.

He wrote: “Yul should learn to know when to shut up and go boil an egg or do something else. What in the name of struggling to make sense is this?”

When one of Yul Edochie’s fans advised him to respect his older colleague, Yul Edochie questioned the fan’s comprehension and answered in a contemptuous manner.

The fan, tinaomovo wrote: “@emekaamakeze respect your senior colleague Oga you sounded like it’s personal”

Emeka Amakeze replied: “Are you always this dumb or its something that just comes and goes?”
