“Mercy and I are better off as just friends” – Ike Onyema
Ike Onyema, a well-known reality star, explained why he decided not to try to win Mercy Eke back after they both appeared in the BBNaija “All Stars” edition.

On the most recent episode of The Big Friday Show on Cool FM, where reality star Tacha Akide was the interviewer, he discussed this.
He admitted that he would like to be just friends with Mercy Eke than be in a relationship with her.
Ike Onyema made it clear that he didn’t contact the influencer with the goal of rekindling their romance because research on prior relationships has shown that this strategy rarely succeeds.

“I didn’t rekindle my relationship with Mercy in the just concluded Big Brother Naija All Stars season because we are better off as friends.
At least for me, I always feel like when you go back to an ex, you might not always get what you want.”
