Mercy Eke Plays Smart With A Scammer That Called Her To Reveal Her Bank Details
Big Brother Naija Winner, Mercy Eke in a video uploaded on Twitter played smart with a scammer who calls her to reveal her bank details.
It is no news that bank scammers have to be in this trend for a very long time, even to the extent of calling a celebrity for his/her bank details. Many people especially Nigerian have fallen into this trap and have been duped by these scammers. In their act, they call random numbers using a specific bank account and they would tell you that your bank account has one or more issues; some do lay emphasis on your BVN and your Date of Birth. They would inform that you that for the problem to be solved online you need to reveal your password and an OTP that would be generated by their devices.

Immediately, the password and the OTP have been revealed to the scammer, the scammer instantly possesses the full administration and control of the account. According to the inflate rate of fraud; Banks do advise their customers to be careful about who they give out their sensitive information to.
