Banky W₦3.5 Billion

Olubankole Wellington popularly known with the stage name Banky W is a singer, songwriter, actor and entrepreneur, and politician. He is a fulfilled artiste and owns a record label empire mates Entertainment that produced the prominent internationally acclaimed artiste like Wizkid and Skales.Banky W was born on the 27th of March, 1981 in the United State to the family of George Bankole Wellington but they later moved to Lagos, Nigeria when he was 5 years old.In n Nigeria, Banky W hascompleted his primary and secondary education.

Born in 1986 in Enugu to parents who were natives of Anambra, his love for music began at a tender age, much like many other musicians.
Although instead of traveling and navigating aircraft, he had the hopes of being pilot, phyno ended up as a music pilot, acquiring a degree in public administration from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Enugu.

The decision to go by the stage name “Phyno” was established as one of his folks threw compliments(phenomenon) at him following his performance, he then loved the name and decided to go with the “Phyno” from the “Phenomenon”.


The singer has released a couple of hit songs from ghost mode to Alobam and many others. The singer has also featured many top Nigeria artists like M.I, Ill-bliss, Timaya, and p-square. Phyno Fino has not looked back ever since he started his musical career; he has continued to release hit singles. And as a result, his net worth keeps getting bigger.

Timaya – ₦4.08 Billion

Inetimi Timaya Odon popularly known by his stage name Timaya is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He is the founder of Dem mama Records Limited. His solo career began in 2005 with the release of his first single “Dem Mama”, which also appeared in his debut album, True Story released the following year. His second album Gift and Grace was released in 2008.

Timaya Odon was born on 15 August 1977 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, he is also an indigene of River state. He grew up as part of a large family; the youngest out of fifteen children in Agip Estate, Port Harcourt. His father was a banker and his mother was a trader. For his early education, Odon attended Assemblies of God Nursery And Primary School, He stated His secondary school education at Nkpolu Oroworukwo in Port Harcourt River State Nigeria, He would always break house rules to attend late-night music events. Before Timaya even graduates from school, his mother had already arranged for him to travel with his older brother and older sister to Lagos. After moving to Lagos state, he gained admission into Lagos’ Ikeja Grammar School, where he eventually obtained a secondary school certificate.

Olamide – ₦4.7 Billion

Popular Nigeria singer Olamide is one among many other fast rising stars. The “Baddo” master sure knows how to make his fans happy by giving them good and entertaining music.

Popularly known as “Baddo” or “Baddosneh”, Olamide whose full name is Adedeji Olamide was born and raised in Bariga, in the city of Lagos on the 15th of  March 1989. He is one the most promising music artists in Nigeria. He also goes by other stage names which include “Baddo”, YNBL, Young Erikina, and Baddest Boy Ever Liveth”. It’s no doubt that olamide belongs to a clique of young musicians that are taking Nigerian music to the next level.Born in Bariga, Lagos State on the 15th of March, 1989. The Baddo boss  decided to pursue a career in music in 2000. When asked why music, he said: “I found out I was gifted in it so I had to explore it. It’s my life, my hustle, my world”. Baddo Sneh started with ID Cabasa’s coded Tunes record label headed by Toni Payne where he did his first studio album. He left in 2012 to start his own record label. He released his first single ‘Eni Duro’ under the coded Tunes label and was managed by Toni Payne.


Olamide later performed at the hip-hop world awards ceremony that same year.

Tiwa Savage – ₦5 Billion


Tiwatope Savage popularly known as Tiwa Savage or mummy Jam Jam is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and actress, born on the 2nd of February 1980 in Isale Eko, she relocated to London when she was 11 years old for her secondary school education. She became backup vocals for American artists such as George Michael and Mary J. Blige. After participating in the UK edition of The X Factor and graduating from Berklee College of Music, Tiwa Savage signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing in 2009, she saw how rapid the Nigerian music industry growing she was inspired then Tiwa Savage moved back to Nigeria and signed a record with Mavin Records in 2012. She made an appearance on the label’s 2012 compilation album Solar Plexus.

Tiwa savage debut studio album Once Upon a Time was released on 3 July 2013. It was supported by several singles: “Kele Kele Love”, “Love Me (3x)”, “Without My Heart”, “Ife Wa Gbona”, “Folarin”, “Olorun Mi” and “Eminado”. The album was nominated for Best Album of the Year at the 2014 Nigeria Entertainment Awards and for Best R&B/Pop Album at The Headies in  2014. Tiwa Savage’s sophomore studio album R.E.D was released on 19 December 2015. It came out with two singles: “My Darlin” and “Standing Ovation”. In June 2016, Tiwa Savage signed a management and publishing deal with Jayz Roc Nation, In September 2017, she released her debut EP Sugarcane.

Burna Boy – ₦6.3 Billion

Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, known professionally as Burna Boy, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, rapper and dancer. He rose to prominence in 2012 after releasing “Like to Party”, the lead single from his debut studio album L.I.F.E.

Burna Boy has an alleged baby mama called Uju Stella Johnson, who called him out in May 2016 on Instagram for abandoning her and their baby after she became pregnant for him. Stella also accused him of raping a girl in the United Kingdom and abandoning his trial process. In response, the songster admitted to sleeping with her once but rubbished claims that he got her pregnant for him. Currently, Burna Boy is not married yet neither does he have children of his own.

2Baba – ₦6.3 Billion

Innocent Idibia popularly known as 2face or 2baba is one of Nigeria’s foremost musicians known for doing good and quality music. He started with a group called Plantashun Boiz and after a while went solo, his music career has continued to flourish continuously. The release of the album ‘African Queen’ brought him to limelight in 2004 and since then he has remained on top of his game as every of his song is a major hit. He has won himself awards like the Headies, MTV Music Awards, and BET Awards.

Tuface has acquired quite a good amount of luxury ranging from cars to mansions but he likes to keep his life very private. He owns a Ferrari Coupe that is believed to cost millions of Naira.

David Adedeji Adeleke, who is better known as Davido, is an American-born Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer. Davido was born in Atlanta, US, and raised in Lagos; he made his music debut as a member of the music group KB International. His 2011 single “Dami Duro” was well-received throughout Nigeria. Along with his elder brother Adewale Adeleke, Davido is the co-owner of HKN Music (a record label home to Sina Rambo, B. Red and DeeKay) which he later left to form his own record label DMW.

The singer went to British International School, Lagos, after which he got admission to study Business Administration at Oakwood University, which he later dropped out to focus on music, but later went back to school and got a degree in Music from Babcock University, Nigeria.

Wizkid – ₦9.1 Billion

Singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun proudly known as Wizkid, is a singer and songwriter. The singer began his musical carrier at the age of 11 in a local church near his home, which he later joined a local band called the Glorious Five.


The singer met OJB Jezreel during his struggling days and he became his mentor. He then started visiting Jezreel’s studio watching and learning from the recordings by artists like 2 Face Idibia and Sound Sultan.

He then joins Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) in 2009, and that was the year wizkid got his big break into the music industry. He was also the first signed under the then-popular record label co-owned by Banky W.  He gained his popularity with the release of “Holla at Your Boy”, the song from his debut album “Superstar” in 2010. Renowned Nollywood actor Gideon Okeke has criticized female content creators on social media for posting pictures of themselves online.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate pointed out in a lengthy post on his Instagram page how content creators hide their relationships while exposing their most private parts under the guise of making entertainment.

He also talked about how these women use phrases like “My body is my business,” “You can look but can’t touch,” and “You can’t tell a woman what to do with her body” as compliments.

The actor continued, saying that since everyone is a vigilante on the streets, all he is doing is advocating for safer streets and the growth of better men.

Priscilla Ojo, the daughter of Iyabo Ojo, was severely rebuked by well-known journalist Kemi Olunloyo for declaring that she will never date a man who is less wealthy than her.

The young fashionista recently discussed the value of financial matching in dating relationships in a podcast.
She believes that she cannot date someone who is more financially successful than her since he would have to have the same level of drive to support her.

Kemi Olunloyo bashed her, pointing out that her mother dated pastors and governors when she was growing up, so it’s not all her fault but rather the result of her upbringing.

Afrobeats singer Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, better known as Mr. Eazi, has announced his marriage to Temi Otedola, an actress.

Mr. Eazi revealed that he is, in fact, married to the billionaire’s daughter in an interview with Naija 102 FM, debunking rumors that he and Temi Otedola were hiding their marriage and wedding.
He says that he didn’t keep their wedding a secret because the music video for his song “Legalize” included footage from their Venice wedding.

The singer claimed that the outfits they wore in the video went beyond simple costumes as he pleaded with viewers to see it again.

He said: “Who told you it was a secret wedding? Go and watch the video of my song ‘Legalize’ you will get the answer to your question. We shot the video in Venice.
