Nollywood Actor Chidi Mokeme Expresses Devastation as He Loses His sister and cousin at the same time

Popular Nollywood actor, Chidi Mokeme has expressed his devastation as he announced to the public that he recently lost his sister and cousin. The actor took to his verified Instagram page to share the horrible news. He announced the death of his immediate younger sister, Ebele, who just died at the age of 48 due to an illness. He also announced that his cousin Nicole Mokeme was killed in Portland by a hit-and-run driver, who is yet to be apprehended. Nicole Mokeme was just 35 years old.

Speaking about his cousin’s death, the actor said that the police were in search of the hit-and-run vehicle, which was described to be a 2016 black BMW X3 SUV. He also said that the police were soliciting the help of the public to apprehend the killer.

Expressing his devastation at the recent events, Chidi wished their souls eternal peace. He also acknowledged that it had been a rough couple of days for him and his family as they mourn their loss. He then went on to say that he was sharing this information with the public because Nicole’s killer was still out there on the loose. The actor solicited prayers for his sister’s young twins, as well as his cousin’s daughter.

It is with profound sadness that I share with you the untimely and unfortunate passing of my immediate younger sister Ebele Mokeme Uche-Nwene, who would have been 48yrs next month and My Cousin Nicole Mokeme, 35. While Ebele lost her battle to illness, Nicole was killed by a hit-and-run driver.
