Oyinbo woman flies to Nigeria for the first time to meet young man she fell in love with

A clip of a Nigerian guy welcoming his Oyinbo girlfriend to Nigeria for the first time went viral online, drawing praise from many.

Social media users shared and debated the couple’s public display of affection at the airport as well as their later intimate moments.

The long-awaited meeting took place at a Nigerian airport, where the excited Nigerian man gave his American partner a close embrace.

Their obvious affection and delight for one another warmed the hearts of observers and passersby.

The American woman was shown actively participating in her husband’s daily life in a different video clip that the couple uploaded. She was seen helping him wash his clothes by hand.

She was painstakingly led through the procedure by the Nigerian man, who also showed her how to scrub the garments with her hands.

However, as with any public demonstration of a cross-cultural relationship, Nigerians’ reactions to the couple’s recordings varied.
