Police in Ogwashi Uku, Aniocha LGA, Delta State have nabbed two suspected fraudsters (Yahoo boys) for allegedly being in possession of a coffin filled with female pants and brassieres.

It was gathered that they were arrested by local vigilantes in Agidiehe quarters in Ogwashi-Uku town last week when they were conveying the coffin from their house.

According to the source, “The crowd would have mobbed the boys if not for the intervention of the police.

“Where did they get the pants and other female items in the coffin? The law should take its course to serve as a deterrent to others.”

Confirming the arrest, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Onome Onowakpoyeya, said the boys were in possession of the coffin for alleged ritual purposes.

Onowakpoyeya said the female pants, brassieres and other items were seen in the coffin when the suspects were forced to open it.

She added that the Command had stepped up investigation into the matter.

Her statements, however, caused quite a stir online as several people felt them to be highly provocative.

Kemi Olunloyo bashed her, pointing out that her mother dated pastors and governors when she was growing up, so it’s not all her fault but rather the result of her upbringing.

Go fix your dru.g problems. A video of you blowing nitrous oxide balloons with the Marlians is about to come out.

Young lady you can’t spike food or drinks with that. Go file charges against Naira Marley. You’re an adult. That’s not your mom’s job. Nothing lasts forever”

Certain masquerades have a well-deserved reputation for whipping bystanders with their whips.

Nevertheless, given its persistent refusal to come into contact with the soldier, this masquerade gives the impression that it respects established authority.

The military man is heard challenging the masquerade to a fight during their conversation, but the masquerade declines, questioning why he should beat his oga.

The masquerade continues by saying that he was part of the group that performed a dance for him the day before.

The soldier laughed at this, telling the masquerade that he would have received a proper lesson if he had whipped him.
