Singer Tems to take a break From music after she was diagnosed with Reflux Laryngitis

Popular Nigerian singer Tems, has been instructed by medical personnels to take a break from music after getting diagnosed with a disease called reflux laryngitis

Tems who is a well known and fast rising Nigerian female singer, has been instructed by medical personnels to take a break from music after getting diagnosed with a throat disease which is called reflux laryngitis. The singer shared the post with her fans and followers on social media to inform them about her health condition. It has made a lot of people to wish her a quick and sound recovery from the health issue which she is facing.

As it is known and explained in the medical field, reflux laryngitis is a voice disorder that results from irritation and swelling of the vocal cords due to the backflow of stomach fluids into the throat. The condition is not a good thing to write about and it is very disadvantageous to her career as a singer.

The singer made a post which she says “It breaks my heart to say this but there’s is no any other option for me. I’m not feeling too good at the moment. Last performance I was diagnosed with reflux laryngitis and I have to take some time off to protect what’s left of my voice.
