“Why I had a secret wedding” – Actress, Tayo Sobola reveals
Popular Nollywood actress, Tayo Sobola has revealed to the public why she had a wedding with her husband.
The actress had previously surprised everyone with some wedding photos and videos without actually disclosing when it took place.
In a recent development, she has revealed her reasons for doing such.
In an interview with the Punch, she said:
“I am married. My husband is not in the movie industry. I have been married for a while. I had known my husband for about seven years before we got married. If you know me, you will know that I am the kind of person that loves my personal life. I have been with my husband for seven years.
“I read some blog’s posts and laugh; they should feel free to tag anybody. I love keeping my personal life private; that is why I decided to marry secretly. I did not get married this year; I only just posted the pictures some months ago.”
“There is time for everything and I want to believe that whatever you want to do, you create the time for it. For me, some people send me messages saying that they have not been seeing me in movies like they used to; sometimes you leave work to pursue money.
There are times that I choose a time to do movies and whoever calls me at that time, if I am free, I will shoot about two or three movies.
“There are other times that I can not do movies. Trust me, this clothing business takes time, except you just don’t have that vision. I recently opened a branch in Abuja where I have a house because I have a lot of customers there.
Right now, I am more into my business ― making and selling clothes.
“I have the face already. If I leave the movie industry for a while to do my business, I will return and no one will notice that I was gone. I have plenty of films that are not out yet. So, when I am busy doing some other things, those ones will come out. That is how I try to balance them. It is when I have time that I shoot movies,”

Tems breaks silence following reports of being pregnant
Temilade Openiyi, also known as Tems, a well-known singer, has spoken out in response to allegations that she is pregnant.

You might remember that a few days ago, a video of the performer hiding what seemed to be a baby bump sparked speculation that she was expecting.
The Grammy-winning musician attended the Burberry Summer 2024 Show in London, United Kingdom, and covered her stomach with a fur cloak.
Many online commenters assumed from her gesture that she was expecting a child and that the father of the child was in dispute. Some people claimed that it belonged to the American rapper Future.
Tems responded to the rumor by using her Twitter account to address the spreading rumors.

She shared an image of herself looking cross and blasted folks with the words: “In conclusion, you people are all mad!!!”

Davido rejects bottle water from stranger at Mohbad’s memorial (video)
A video showed Nigerian afrobeat musician Davido turning down a stranger’s offer of a bottle of water yesterday at the Mohbad candle light night.

The internet went crazy when Davido recently attended Mohbad’s emotional candlelight ceremony and Tribute concert.
The humiliating moment the DMW maestro gently declined a cool water bottle supplied by one of the event organizers is captured on a widely shared video.
The “Unavailable” hitmaker was seen wiping his brow when his associate offered the sweet gesture after an energetic performance at the late singer’s tribute concert.
OBO, as he’s known to all, graciously rejected, and the man in question continued to satiate his thirst.
Fans who came across the video were all in agreement absolutely that the artist showed extraordinary caution.

It is obvious that the late Mohbad’s sad experience, which led to his early death, served as inspiration for the vocalist.

‘Bullying made me anti-social” – Kizz Daniel
Famous musician Kizz Daniel claims that his difficulty interacting with others is a result of the bullying he endured as a child.
Because he was overweight as a child, he claimed, the other kids tormented and teased him.
The “Buga” singer made this disclosure on the most recent episode of the Afrobeats Podcast, which is hosted by Adesope Olajide.
He said, “I have built a world of my own in my head since I was little. Because growing up, I was a fat kid. I was chubby. So, I don’t go out because the kids in the area make fun of me. They called me orobo (someone who is fat). And they bullied me. So I always stay indoors.

“During that time that I always stayed indoors, I’d already built this fantasy world in my head. In the world that I have built in my head, I’m very comfortable in that space.
