As people all over the world celebrated Father’s Day yesterday, top Nigerian actress, Ufuoma  announced the death of her father.

Ufuoma McDermott made the announcement on Father’s Day in reaction to a video by actress Bimbo Ademoye who pranked her father with a fake pregnancy alert.

Sharing the post, She  said the Bimbo’s video is the highlight of Father’s Day for her.
“Lost my dad about 2 weeks ago. This actually was the highlight of Father’s Day. for me.” She wrote. Ufuoma McDermott averred that God has been faithful, and it’s been 85 years of God’s goodness. She prayed that everyone who desires old age would experience and embrace it.

Temilade Openiyi, also known as Tems, a well-known singer, has spoken out in response to allegations that she is pregnant.

You might remember that a few days ago, a video of the performer hiding what seemed to be a baby bump sparked speculation that she was expecting.

The Grammy-winning musician attended the Burberry Summer 2024 Show in London, United Kingdom, and covered her stomach with a fur cloak.

Many online commenters assumed from her gesture that she was expecting a child and that the father of the child was in dispute. Some people claimed that it belonged to the American rapper Future.

Tems responded to the rumor by using her Twitter account to address the spreading rumors.

A video showed Nigerian afrobeat musician Davido turning down a stranger’s offer of a bottle of water yesterday at the Mohbad candle light night.

The internet went crazy when Davido recently attended Mohbad’s emotional candlelight ceremony and Tribute concert.

The humiliating moment the DMW maestro gently declined a cool water bottle supplied by one of the event organizers is captured on a widely shared video.

The “Unavailable” hitmaker was seen wiping his brow when his associate offered the sweet gesture after an energetic performance at the late singer’s tribute concert.

OBO, as he’s known to all, graciously rejected, and the man in question continued to satiate his thirst.

Fans who came across the video were all in agreement absolutely that the artist showed extraordinary caution.

‘Bullying made me anti-social” – Kizz Daniel

Famous musician Kizz Daniel claims that his difficulty interacting with others is a result of the bullying he endured as a child.

Because he was overweight as a child, he claimed, the other kids tormented and teased him.
The “Buga” singer made this disclosure on the most recent episode of the Afrobeats Podcast, which is hosted by Adesope Olajide.

He said, “I have built a world of my own in my head since I was little. Because growing up, I was a fat kid. I was chubby. So, I don’t go out because the kids in the area make fun of me. They called me orobo (someone who is fat). And they bullied me. So I always stay indoors.

“During that time that I always stayed indoors, I’d already built this fantasy world in my head. In the world that I have built in my head, I’m very comfortable in that space.

“So, I reintroduced myself to the world after I lost weight; I lost all forms of social skills. I don’t know how to communicate. I don’t know how to socialise with people.”
