“Anytime there is bad news about him, people fuel it” – VeryDarkMan confronts claims of Davido’s bodyguards assault incident

VeryDarkMan, a social media celebrity, responded to circulating reports that Davido’s security attacked an Abuja businessman.

Remember that the artist was openly criticized by Nigerian businessman and photographer Abu Salami for breaching a multimillion dollar contract.

The businessman stated that he had donated Davido N218 million to help with a youth football initiative, but the singer never showed up.

Even worse, he refused to give him his money back and said that Davido had been bothering him by sending thugs to him.

He said the musician sent the goons in the disturbing footage he posted of him being beaten up.

Speaking about the video, VeryDarkMan, a friend of Davido’s, stated that he has been receiving threats from online users regarding it.

Since he had hung out with the men in the video when he first met Davido, he admitted that they were, in fact, the singer’s bodyguards.

But since there is no evidence to back up the rumor that the guards killed a man, he does not believe it.

VDM observed that there is a lot of jealousy and envy in the entertainment business, especially in Lagos, and that people take pleasure in disseminating false information about the singer.

Furthermore, Very Dark Man made the point that Nigerians failed to learn from Mohbad’s death and that politicians still take advantage of us because we don’t ask the correct questions.

In his words:

“I know you all have seen the video claiming Davido and his guards killed a person.

A lot of people have tagged me in this video, threatening me to speak out. Those boys in the video are definitely Davido’s bodyguards because we chilled together.

If bad news about Davido comes out, people will be fueling it.

People in the music industry especially the Entertainment industry in Lagos don’t like themselves.

It is filled with jealousy and envy. In general, the entertainment industry in Lagos is toxic.

If I see any news about Wizkid, Burna Boy, I will look for evidence before speaking on it.

I had vowed any to speak on Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy because they have a community, and no matter the truth you speak, they wouldn’t listen to you.

Sentiments have entered them in the name of Fanbase and support.

You guys didn’t learn from Naira Marley.

This why politicians continue to use us cause if we don’t ask the right questions, we will continue to suffer for 100 years to come.”

The young fashionista recently discussed the value of financial matching in dating relationships in a podcast.
She believes that she cannot date someone who is more financially successful than her since he would have to have the same level of drive to support her.

Her statements, however, caused quite a stir online as several people felt them to be highly provocative.

Kemi Olunloyo bashed her, pointing out that her mother dated pastors and governors when she was growing up, so it’s not all her fault but rather the result of her upbringing.

Go fix your dru.g problems. A video of you blowing nitrous oxide balloons with the Marlians is about to come out.

Young lady you can’t spike food or drinks with that. Go file charges against Naira Marley. You’re an adult. That’s not your mom’s job. Nothing lasts forever”
