Babcock University Students beats fellow students over a slippers
A video surfaced online and has been going viral as a Babcock University senior students was captured beating the the junior student because of slippers.
Having caused a whole lot of reactions on social media, the university’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Mr Johnson Suleiman said that the matters has been reported and will be duly addressed.
In his words:
“The attention of Babcock University Administration has been dawn to a recent video clip on social media showing a scuffle between two 100-level students of the institution. Preliminary investigations revealed that the fight resulted from lack of restraint by a student who alleged his roommate of using his pair of slippers without his permission/consent.With our zero tolerance for bullying, and physical violence of any form, the university administration finds this conduct abominable and most unacceptable and is, therefore, taking appropriate steps to address it accordingly.
The university also condemns the conduct of the students who, rather than separating the two students fighting, and or reporting same to the authorities immediately, instead concentrated on video-recording the incident.As an institution of conscientiousness, Babcock University will continue to create a safe, as well as upholds its values of mutual respect and peaceful co-existence among our students. We are committed to pursuing our goal to nurture God-fearing leaders for Nigeria and beyond.”

“They hide their man yet show us their body parts” – Gideon Okeke takes a swipe at female content creators
Renowned Nollywood actor Gideon Okeke has criticized female content creators on social media for posting pictures of themselves online.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate pointed out in a lengthy post on his Instagram page how content creators hide their relationships while exposing their most private parts under the guise of making entertainment.
He also talked about how these women use phrases like “My body is my business,” “You can look but can’t touch,” and “You can’t tell a woman what to do with her body” as compliments.
The actor continued, saying that since everyone is a vigilante on the streets, all he is doing is advocating for safer streets and the growth of better men.

Priscilla Ojo, the daughter of Iyabo Ojo, was severely rebuked by well-known journalist Kemi Olunloyo for declaring that she will never date a man who is less wealthy than her.

The young fashionista recently discussed the value of financial matching in dating relationships in a podcast.
She believes that she cannot date someone who is more financially successful than her since he would have to have the same level of drive to support her.

Kemi Olunloyo bashed her, pointing out that her mother dated pastors and governors when she was growing up, so it’s not all her fault but rather the result of her upbringing.

Mr Eazi confirms marital status, opens up on his private wedding to Temi Otedola in Venice
Afrobeats singer Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, better known as Mr. Eazi, has announced his marriage to Temi Otedola, an actress.

Mr. Eazi revealed that he is, in fact, married to the billionaire’s daughter in an interview with Naija 102 FM, debunking rumors that he and Temi Otedola were hiding their marriage and wedding.
He says that he didn’t keep their wedding a secret because the music video for his song “Legalize” included footage from their Venice wedding.
The singer claimed that the outfits they wore in the video went beyond simple costumes as he pleaded with viewers to see it again.

He said: “Who told you it was a secret wedding? Go and watch the video of my song ‘Legalize’ you will get the answer to your question. We shot the video in Venice.
