KERRI BARNES: Woman cycles around London without clothes for charity after flatmate's dare

Kerri Barnes from London was stripped naked in the cold cycle ten miles around London for charity.

She has raised more than €8,000 after braving the cold and cycling on Sunday, November 29, wearing nothing but underwear.

She set out to fundraise for mental health charity mind, having lost a cousin to suicide and seeing the shocking statistics around it.

The idea of going naked on a bicycle was not exactly her initial idea but something that was conceived.

Not until her housemate joked a naked bike ride was an option that Kerri decided she would give it a go.

While it was spoken on LADBIBLE_Kerri said; I really wanted to do something this year to shine a light on raising awareness of suicide prevention and to raise their biggest increase in calls, since the second lockdown began.

“Unfortunately, a very close relative made a few attempts on their life in the first lockdown and one of my cousins did kill herself about nine years ago.

“So, I wanted to do something and I thought I’d do something a bit ridiculous – then my housemate suggested the naked bike ride.”

Kerri Barnes has had plenty of backing on social media for the chilly ten-mile stunt.

I put it out on social media and the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive and supportive.

“I think because everybody seems to have suffered in some way with their mental health this year – I think it’s made people very empathetic towards mental health problems.”

Preparing for touring London makes in late November, Kerri trained by having cold showers which she has since admitted did not quite compare.

Bloody hell_It was called_Kerri added.

Truth is, Kerrie Barnes was influenced by her friend as a dare to cycle around the streets of London.

Renowned Nollywood actor Gideon Okeke has criticized female content creators on social media for posting pictures of themselves online.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate pointed out in a lengthy post on his Instagram page how content creators hide their relationships while exposing their most private parts under the guise of making entertainment.

He also talked about how these women use phrases like “My body is my business,” “You can look but can’t touch,” and “You can’t tell a woman what to do with her body” as compliments.

The actor continued, saying that since everyone is a vigilante on the streets, all he is doing is advocating for safer streets and the growth of better men.

Priscilla Ojo, the daughter of Iyabo Ojo, was severely rebuked by well-known journalist Kemi Olunloyo for declaring that she will never date a man who is less wealthy than her.

The young fashionista recently discussed the value of financial matching in dating relationships in a podcast.
She believes that she cannot date someone who is more financially successful than her since he would have to have the same level of drive to support her.

Her statements, however, caused quite a stir online as several people felt them to be highly provocative.

Kemi Olunloyo bashed her, pointing out that her mother dated pastors and governors when she was growing up, so it’s not all her fault but rather the result of her upbringing.

Afrobeats singer Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, better known as Mr. Eazi, has announced his marriage to Temi Otedola, an actress.

Mr. Eazi revealed that he is, in fact, married to the billionaire’s daughter in an interview with Naija 102 FM, debunking rumors that he and Temi Otedola were hiding their marriage and wedding.
He says that he didn’t keep their wedding a secret because the music video for his song “Legalize” included footage from their Venice wedding.

The singer claimed that the outfits they wore in the video went beyond simple costumes as he pleaded with viewers to see it again.
