Neighbours Revealed Reason Accountant Committed Suicide
Neighbours of 47-year-old Lagos accountant, Folake Abiola has alleged that the deceased committed suicide because of an undisclosed ailment.
Some of the neighbors revealed this when Vanguard Metro visited the area.
Recall that the accountant who had been an employee of one of the telecommunication companies for over 15 years took her life last Friday in her apartment on 1, Abayomi Kukomi Close, Osapa London, in Lekki area of Lagos.
One of the tenants, a retired civil servant, Mr Patrick Olumhense, who spoke with the publication said that Abiola suffered from an ailment gotten from her depression.
He said: “We were just neighbours, not relatives. We didn’t know about the death until her relatives woke us up that morning. It is a sad tale to recount. She was a very sociable and humble neighbour to us all. But she loved to be on her own.
“Quite honestly, she appeared like someone who had mental challenges. Before her father died, we used to see him rush down to the house on occasions when it seemed she had a kind of attack, he would calm her down, take her for some kind of therapy and bring her back to start a normal life.
“That happened for quite some time and were managed by the father until the man died.
“Since her father died, nobody was playing that role for her, except the younger sister who came once in a while.
“For us as neighbours, we were aware of this problem. Whenever the attack came, we would contact her sister or brother. But this time, she didn’t exhibit any symptoms.”

Lady fumes as her boyfriend surprised her with a used car as a gift
A lady has expressed her dissatisfaction after her man bought her a second-hand car as birthday gift.
In the viral video, the birthday girl’s eyes were closed as she was gently led to the surprise gift while spectators were serenading her with birthday song.
However, when she opened her eyes and saw the car her boyfriend had purchased, disappointment was written all over her face.
She was given the car keys but became more visibly dissatisfied as she told those recording the moment to stop.
According to her, there’s nothing special about the car that warrants recording; she queried whether he has just brought her out to embarrass her.

Drama as pastor nabs his wife in bed with assistant pastor (video)
A dramatic scene took place when a pastor caught his wife having an affair with the assistant pastor of his church.
In a video posted online, he confronted the lovers while they were in bed and lamented over how he clothed and feeds the man.
The assistant pastor went on his knees and pleaded as he blamed the devil for his action. His wife also knelt down and could also be heard asking the person filming them to beg her husband on her behalf.
The clergyman felt really hurt and wondered why the man he made an assistant pastor would pay him back by having intimate relations with his wife.
