Even in the midst of all the doom and gloom that has occupied most of 2020, occationed by global Covid-19 pandemic, some Nigerian Celebrities still managed to splash millions in acquiring luxury cars. Here are the list of some top female celebrities that acquired multi million cars in 2020

Linda Osifo is a popular Nollywood actress and TV host. In February 2020, she acquired a red Mercedes Benz GLE 450 coupe worth ₦25 million. The screen diva’s acquisition was a fulfillment of her desire to get a car for herself in 2020.

The beautiful actress spent her childhood and teen years in Toronto Ontario Canada and came back to Nigeria to pursue a career in acting.

2.Mercy Aigbe – Mercedes-Benz GLA 250

Nigerian Celebrities Who Acquired Luxury Cars In 2020.

Talented Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe bought an exotic Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 car in May. She told her fans via her Instagram page that the car was bought after much persuasion.

Her latest ride is a sub-compact SUV that accommodates five persons and it’s worth ₦12 million. The GLA 250 runs on a turbocharged 2.0-L 4-cylinder engine mated to a 5-speed dual-clutch transmission.

 

3. Mimi Orjiekwe – Lexus LX 570

Nigerian Celebrities Who Acquired Luxury Cars In 2020.

Nollywood actress, Mimi acquired a Lexus LX 570. She took to her Instagram page to share photos of herself posing with her new ride on 12 July. The luxury crossover is believed to be a third-generation model that runs on a 5.7-L V8 engine and puts out 383 hp and a torque of 403 lb-ft.

 

4. Biodun Okeowo – Mercedes-Benz GLK

Biodun Okeowo is a Nollywood Yoruba actress popularly known as Omobutty. She gifted herself with a Mercedes Benz GLK ahead of Valentine’s day in February. The curvy actress who came into the movie scene in 2006 has maintained a low profile as she has remained focused on her children, career, and business.

The GLK is a mid-size SUV that came with a 3.5-L V6 engine. The Nigerian used one is being sold for ₦8 million. She recently (2021) just acquired another new luxurious cars

 

5. Tonto Dikeh – Mercedes-Benz C300


Controversial actress Tonto Dikeh, celebrated her birthday on 9th June. She took to her Instagram page to reveal a Mercedes-Benz C300 which was presented to her as a birthday gift from her friend, Lisa Ogunrobo of the Pretiwomannn brand. According to Tonto, it was the second car she’s received on her birthday.

December 2019, Tontolet dazzled her fans on Instagram after posting a video of the Bentley Continental GT she bought for herself. She captioned it, “From me to me”.

This has brought the number of cars she has to six.

 

6. Uche Elendu – Lexus SUV


Nollywood actress Uche Elendu took delivery of a Lexus SUV in June. The 33-year-old actress and businesswoman shared the news with her followers on Instagram.

Elendu went into the movie industry in 2001. She took a long break in 2010 due to marriage and came back to the movie scene in 2015, with a lead role in the popular movie “Ada Mbano.”

 

7. Priscilla Ojo:

Perhaps the youngest celebrity to achieve this feat in 2020, Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo’s 19-year-old daughter, Priscilla, made her car debut by joining the the Benz gang. The young lady bought herself a new ride and showed it off online.

 

8. Mercy Eke:

BBNaija 2019 winner, Mercy Eke, had fans rejoicing with her after she bought herself a brand Range Rover to mark her 27th birthday.

In November, celebrity blogger Linda Ikeji took delivery of the latest addition to her impressive collection, a Range Rover SUV

The british-made luxury ride, worth ₦126 million, is one of several gifts she bought to celebrate her 40th birthday.

 

10. DJ Cuppy

In August, along with her two other siblings, Tolani and Temi, got a Ferrari Portofino gifts from their billionaire dad, Femi Otedola.

Cuppy’s two-door Ferrari Portofino sports car has a MSRP price of £166k, which is about ₦83 million; excluding destination and clearing cost in Nigeria.

Renowned Nollywood actor Gideon Okeke has criticized female content creators on social media for posting pictures of themselves online.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate pointed out in a lengthy post on his Instagram page how content creators hide their relationships while exposing their most private parts under the guise of making entertainment.

He also talked about how these women use phrases like “My body is my business,” “You can look but can’t touch,” and “You can’t tell a woman what to do with her body” as compliments.

The actor continued, saying that since everyone is a vigilante on the streets, all he is doing is advocating for safer streets and the growth of better men.

Priscilla Ojo, the daughter of Iyabo Ojo, was severely rebuked by well-known journalist Kemi Olunloyo for declaring that she will never date a man who is less wealthy than her.

The young fashionista recently discussed the value of financial matching in dating relationships in a podcast.
She believes that she cannot date someone who is more financially successful than her since he would have to have the same level of drive to support her.

Her statements, however, caused quite a stir online as several people felt them to be highly provocative.

Kemi Olunloyo bashed her, pointing out that her mother dated pastors and governors when she was growing up, so it’s not all her fault but rather the result of her upbringing.

Mr Eazi confirms marital status, opens up on his private wedding to Temi Otedola in Venice

Afrobeats singer Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, better known as Mr. Eazi, has announced his marriage to Temi Otedola, an actress.

Mr. Eazi revealed that he is, in fact, married to the billionaire’s daughter in an interview with Naija 102 FM, debunking rumors that he and Temi Otedola were hiding their marriage and wedding.
He says that he didn’t keep their wedding a secret because the music video for his song “Legalize” included footage from their Venice wedding.

The singer claimed that the outfits they wore in the video went beyond simple costumes as he pleaded with viewers to see it again.

He said: “Who told you it was a secret wedding? Go and watch the video of my song ‘Legalize’ you will get the answer to your question. We shot the video in Venice.
